Information requested by and provided to
Thomson Capital Group including any any forms, worksheets and other
documents will be used by Thomson Capital Group as follows:
1. Thomson Capital Group agrees that the Information provided is to be
considered confidential and proprietary and shall hold the same in
confidence, shall not use the Confidential Information other than for
the purposes of its business with the client to find the financing
requested.
2. The Information provided to Thomson Capital Group will be used solely
for the purpose of finding financing requested by the client by
evaluating a possible transaction or financing relationship with
potential funding sources by presenting to them pertinent information
necessary for the funding source to make a decision as to express an
interest in providing the financing requested.
3. We will keep all the information you provide completely confidential,
and will not sell any of your information, including your email address
and phone number.
